Come Play at the UPUCC Drum Circle!
Sunday, March 7, 4:00-5:30 p.m. (RSVP by March 1)
Drumming has been used for centuries by nearly all cultures for healing, celebration, and worship. Group drumming addresses the whole person—body, mind, spirit, and community. Science is now proving what these indigenous cultures have known all along: that DRUMMING IS GOOD FOR YOU! So stretch your creativity, connect with the congregation, and drum up some good, Good, GOOD vibrations with family and friends!
Enjoy hands-on FUN in this easy, accessible, recreational music-making event. Come get your groove on with Greg Whitt from Drum for Change! No experience is necessary; instruments are provided or you may bring your own. Simply bring open hearts, hands, and minds! Cost: $5 per person (maximum of $10 per family). RSVP to Elizabeth Altman, ebugaltman@gmail.com, by March 1.
