Twila Kelly originally hails from the Midwest, but got to North Carolina as soon as she could. She lives in Raleigh with her husband Bowman and many four-legged "kids." Some bark and some meow. She lists gardening and crafting as two of her top passions.

She joined the UPUCC staff in March, 2008. Twila brings administrative experience from three other denominations and over 18 years experience in publications. Twila is delighted to help you with everything from placing an item in the church bulletin to changes in your address. If she doesn't know the answer to your question she'll probably know who does.
